RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring efficient handling of a claim from submission to its prompt settlement, in accordance with the policy and the guidelines of the company
- Liaising with the concerned parties (e.g. customers, experts, reinsurers, etc…) to collect the documents needed to process a claim
- Respond to customer’s queries in a timely, professional and resourceful manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Insurance, Law, Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Property and Financial lines
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Customer Service skills
