Best Assistance is the first fully interactive mobile application, created to provide quick and easy assistance in case of a medical claim.

Free to download, simple to install, it is available for all mobile platforms, on Apple store, Android Market, Blackberry App World and Windows Mobile Store.

The application helps Best Assistance cardholders to easily find the information they need, through a wide range of features:

  • Online and offline directory of participating healthcare providers (hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic and physiotherapy centers), showing the provider's address on a map and tracing the shortest route to reach it, through GPS.
  • A feedback section where cardholders can give their opinion on the service level delivered by the healthcare provider.
  • Latest news of the insurance companies served by Best Assistance, including the products they offer.

Lebanese Compulsory Policy

The motor vehicle compulsory insurance has been launched in Lebanon in April 2003. Its legal framework is law no. 105 dated June 30, 1977.

 

According to the law, every owner of a motor vehicle in Lebanon has to purchase, with a locally licensed insurance company, third party liability insurance covering only bodily injury caused to third parties.

Orange Card

The Orange card is a Motor Third Party Liability insurance covering accidents in Arab countries such as Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, Qatar, Syria, Tunisia and UAE, according to the compulsory insurance laws of each participating country.

 
The Orange Card tariffs are preset by ACAL (Association des Compagnies d’Assurance au Liban).
