In case of a claim
- The policyholder needs to fill in and sign the Accident Application Form. If the policyholder is a company, a stamp is also required.
- The injured employee will submit the Accident Application Form at the hospital desk upon admission
- Send a copy of the Accident Application Form to the insurance company
- A detailed medical report prepared by the treating physician is needed
- The company will settle the medical bills directly to the hospital
- The company will then proceed with the settlement of the indemnity due as quickly as possible and reimburse you according to the terms and conditions of the policy in force
